S'mores Dessert Pizza

This S’mores Dessert Pizza is the ultimate gooey, chocolatey treat! A soft pizza crust is topped with melted chocolate, toasted marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers—just like the classic campfire favorite, but even better.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade, if preferred)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella, or substitute with melted milk chocolate)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 4 graham crackers (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional, but adds great flavor!)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet or pizza pan.
  • Roll out the pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet or pizza pan.
  • Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and cinnamon.
  • Bake the crust for 8 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  • Remove from oven and spread the chocolate hazelnut spread evenly over the crust.
  • Sprinkle with chocolate chips, more crushed graham crackers, and mini marshmallows.
  • Return to oven and bake for 4-5 more minutes, until marshmallows are toasted and gooey.
  • Let cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and enjoy!

Notes

For a peanut butter twist, drizzle some melted peanut butter over the top before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
