Ingredients
  

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (or homemade pizza dough)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  • Roll out the crescent roll dough (or homemade dough) onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Brush the melted butter evenly over the dough, making sure to coat the edges.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the sugar is caramelized.
  • While the pizza bakes, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the glaze.
  • Once the pizza has cooled slightly, drizzle the vanilla glaze over the top. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, try adding a swirl of honey or maple syrup to the glaze. Leftovers can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 days.
