Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into an even layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let the crust cool completely before adding toppings.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly across the surface.
Add the chopped broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers, and green onions, pressing lightly so they stick.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For best results, eat the same day. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
