Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made flatbread or naan or homemade
  • 4 oz goat cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese optional, for extra creaminess
  • 2 tbsp honey plus more for drizzling
  • 1/2 tsp dried culinary lavender or 1 tsp fresh, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pistachios optional, for crunch
  • 1/2 tsp fresh thyme leaves optional, for extra herbal notes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened goat cheese, cream cheese, and honey. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the goat cheese mixture evenly over the flatbread.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of dried lavender evenly across the surface.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella and chopped walnuts or pistachios (if using).
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, drizzle with extra honey, and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves and flaky sea salt.
  • Slice and serve immediately!
